The Salone del Mobile is back on the international design scene in Milan with a brand new format open to the public: Salone del Mobile.Milano. From September 5th to 10th 2021, at Fiera Milano Rho, more than 400 design companies from all over the world showed the creations they have put into their catalogues over the last 18 months. Among the arenas dedicated to talks and meetings, areas reserved for design students and spaces dedicated to commercial meetings, the atmosphere was one of freshness, creativity and a desire to start again.
Starting again from the origins of humanity, namely from nature.
Our stand
A common feeling characterised the exhibitors at the 2021 edition of the SuperSalone: resilience. How can design cope with difficult times?
With our stand, we wanted to give answers in harmony with the principles of SuperSalone 2021.
On the one hand, we highlighted the essential and innovative design of our lamps, inspired by nature. Here is Acqua, in which the play of light and shadow reproduces the flow of the element that inspired its name. Fludd is a fluid, reflective disc of light that becomes an ethereal, three-dimensional object in space when switched off. The natural element really enters in Ognidove, the light is matched by a flower, and Manhattanhenge returns the emotion of the solstice among the skyscrapers of New York.
On the other hand, research into materials and technologies pushes us towards continuous innovation, proposing collections that pay attention to environmental sustainability and use the most modern IoT technologies.
Cini&Nils has decided to take on this challenge in order to give a sign of confidence in the future to its customers and, at the same time, for the desire to make its creativity available, not only to insiders, but to a wide public curious and attentive to design. The SuperSalone continues on the new digital platform Salone del Mobile.Milano where you will find a page dedicated to Cini&Nils and its products.
